Help needed! New owner; van won't start!

2018 Pacifica Plug-in Hybrid.

The display is acting crazy. Saying the gas cap is open when it's not. Won't start. It's been plugged in overnight; should be no problems that I can think of. Anybody have any ideas?

Did you get this fixed? Did you try disconnecting and reconnecting the battery?
