Intermittent "Chime" About Every 10 Seconds From Drivers Side From "Time to Time" - Ignore Turn Signal Sound

From time to time, for a minute or two I get this Intermittent "Chime" About Every 10 Seconds From The Drivers Side
I cannot plan on when or under any condition this will occur

Please see video attached and ignore the turn signal sound
