This is not just a great praising review - it's true to life info. I think the reviewer is a bit harsh and clearly this tech is not his favourite but he does do a good getting the info good or bad out to us

Great video - Even if you don't have a Pacifica but are not computer savy these video help take away some fears for some people. Helps them recognize similiar features when using other tech stuff
