Perhaps you're right- the comparison isn't right. But self-driven cars are the future and they are here to stay- there's no denying that.

Information has really been at an advatage in this area. I have come around to the idea more but still seeing some big faults in the theory of a flat statement "a driverlesss car is a safer car" Unless all cars are driverless we can not control the variables and therefore imo accidents will occur. Also at this point driverless cars are based on "if and then" statements to say it in a super simple term, what happens in a busy city at rush hour when a mass of pedestrians and vehicles hit the road. Will the driverless car wait endlessly to make that left?
