We've been very happy with our Pacifica Hybrid until recently. It started idling roughly, making strange noises, and eventually triggered a check engine light. The dealership diagnosed a failed transmission, which is covered under warranty. Unfortunately, there's also a recall for the heater control board.
While the repairs are covered by the warranty, the wait time for the transmission has been frustrating. The ongoing strikes have further delayed the process. To make matters worse, Chrysler's customer support has been unhelpful in extending the rental car coverage beyond the initial five days. We've been forced to rent a gas-powered Pacifica at our own expense, which has been both inconvenient and costly.
It's disappointing to experience such poor customer service from a major automaker.
