I scheduled my 2023 Pacifica Hybrid for the Serpentine Belt Satisfaction Campaign (47A). The recall that was announced a few months ago. I've been noticing some squeaking and rough idling, and the dealer mentioned replacing pulleys along with other parts. Fingers crossed this smooths things out!
For those of you who've already had this recall or campaign done, how did it go? Did it completely resolve any noises or rough idle you had?
Was the repair process straightforward, or did it take longer than expected? Any advice on what to look out for after the repair?
