My 2021 Pacifica's charging schedule isn't working. I set it up, but it charges whenever I plug it in. I tried calling the dealer and FCA, but they couldn't help. The dealer said it might be a software problem and I'd need to schedule an appointment for it. Has anyone else had this problem?
